Elected new leader of the dog park, Champ immediately reverses policies of his predecessor. Ruling with an iron paw, he builds a fence to protect the Homeland. Perceived unbelievers are sentenced to the West Bank. Natural enemies, thousands of cats are killed. Their last hope for survival, the cats migrate to the West Bank and are welcomed by the exiled dogs. The dog park in upheaval, Champ blames the recent cat migration for the nation’s divisiveness. He exiles Conrad, one of his earliest and staunchest supporters. Conrad is instructed to persuade the persecuted dogs to eradicate all cats in the West Bank—and Make the Dog Park Great Again.

 

Still a believer, Conrad rules the West Bank as commanded. As conditions deteriorate, time runs short. Can he, will Conrad do what is necessary to Make the Dog Park Great Again?
